The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how Romark L.C., together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Romark”) collects, uses and shares information about you through our websites www.alinia.com and www.romark.com (each, a “Site”). To Provide Products, Services, and Information to Healthcare Professionals.
Healthcare professionals may contact us through our some of our Sites and ask for samples, or co-pay cards, or request a visit from a sales representative, or have medical affairs contact them about a clinical question regarding our products. We use the personal information provided by healthcare professionals to contact them for these purposes and to provide information about our products.

To Provide Services and Information to Consumers.
Consumers may use some of our sites to create a co-pay card to receive discounts on our products when they are prescribed by a licensed health care professional. We use the personal information provided by consumers for this purpose.

Administrative Purposes.
We may also use your information to fulfill other purposes for which you provide it, in other ways that we may describe when you provide us that information, or for other purposes after we have obtained your consent.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information for purposes other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy. However, we may disclose aggregated information about our Sites visitors, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
