I've messed up my devotions slightly on this build and taken the hydra when i'm not using a rang weapon. it's perfectly ok to level it with fire+aether, or fire+lightning items. The blue callidor set is good for fire damage. The vanquisher endgame set is also ok if you are inclined to grind. While testing a runeknight build i found out that inquisitor seal when equiped with chance on hit devotion like flame torrent will cast flame torrent. aetherfire seems like it gives a better offensive boost but phoenix fire adds some absorption on top of its damage, which i figure would help since i don't have too many.
