i know that you can pass whether you have 75 questions, 150 questions, or 265 questions. nclex shut off at 150. Took my nclex earlier today and it shut off at 150. Your exam can shut off. i wanted to write this to let everyone know that the amount of questions you get does not matter on the nclex. Everyone i have spoken to who passed said their exam shutdown.
