I try to shoot for 50 rosh review questions every night on the topics that i reviewed for the day. Review notes (review book and notebook) from morning session. Study new topic from review book. may 26, 2017 · i used rosh review, pance prep pearls, and did a cme4life board review. I also had prepu but wasn't a huge fan of it. I actually finished all of the rosh. i personally think rosh is a lot harder and smarty pance is a lot easier. My opinion is that the difficulty of the pance and the eors are comparable. I had an overall rosh score of 78%. i’m just wondering from anyone who has taken the pance and used rosh review. How similar were the questions in format / difficulty when compared to questions on the actual. rosh is sometimes quite tricky, the pance does not try to trick you. You have very little time per question so vignettes can be much shorter than what is on rosh. i realize this is an old thread, but thank you for saying this! I have a limited budget and came searching for an answer as to whether i should purchase uworld or the rosh pance prep.
