feb 20, 2017 · i catch myself sometimes holding my left arm and hand in an odd position. I’ve been seeing people talk about autistic body language and stemming and have come across the description of “t rex arms” holding your hand curled at the wrist. I've seen other autistic people do it as well, with many different symptom profiles. the t rex arms feel like a more comfortable resting position for my upper body than having my arms dangling down, pulling on my shoulders and neck. Autistics are more likely to. It's a common behavior for comfort. It's not my intention to cause offence. I've happened upon people talking about.
